A Little About Me
I'm a Lalitpur-based accounting and taxation professional. My practice is focused on one thing: helping small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and individual taxpayers across Nepal stay financially organized, fully compliant, and free from the stress that comes with managing tax obligations on their own. Every day, I work within Nepal's tax and regulatory framework - the IRD's TDS and VAT systems, the Income Tax Act, financial reporting standards - applying that knowledge practically, on behalf of real businesses with real deadlines.
Why I Built This Practice
Most business owners I've worked with didn't start their businesses to become accountants. They started because they had a skill, a product, or a vision they believed in. But as the business grew, so did the complexity - monthly VAT returns, TDS filings, annual income tax submissions, financial statements for the bank. What I noticed was this: the business owners who were struggling weren't struggling because of bad business decisions. They were struggling because no one was handling the financial side with the same seriousness they brought to everything else. That's the gap I fill. I built this practice because I believe every business - regardless of size - deserves accounting and taxation support that is precise, reliable, and genuinely invested in protecting what they've built.
What I Believe About This Work
Accuracy is non-negotiable.
A mistake in a TDS return, a missed VAT reconciliation, or an income tax figure that doesn't add up - these aren't small errors. They have real consequences. I approach every piece of work as if it will be reviewed, because often it will be.
Deadlines are my responsibility, not yours.
When you work with me, you should never have to track a filing deadline. I build that into how I manage every client relationship.
You should always understand your own finances.
I don't believe in keeping clients confused about their numbers. I communicate clearly, explain what I've done and why, and make sure you understand the financial position of your business.
